Trouble with repair/folder

I am unable to start my game as i need to repair my game but the repair is unable to download as it says "failed to create folder" as the EA app requires full control permissions to create the folder. I have tried to reach out for help however it wont work when I clear cache and restart the EA app. The folder path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\

    s3ys9m60udgi  This is typically an antivirus issue, so try setting an exception in your antivirus for EADesktop.exe.  If that doesn't help, disable the antivirus, temporarily, and try again.
