zinc1616 In what folder did you place your saves and other content? If you're not sure, right-click one of the files and select Properties > General, then list the Location.
That location needs to be exactly what the game is reading, according to the game itself:

If the locations don't match up to "The Sims 4," that's the problem.
If the files are in fact in the correct folder, please post a screenshot of the contents of the saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the save names and sizes.
Thank you for replying and giving advice, and I'm so sorry for the late reply.
The folder I have my saves in, and the folder it shows in the Sims 4, look the same.
I just had a look at the saves folder to send you the screenshots, and I realised that there wasn't anything in there. I managed to find my saves folder with all my saves in. At the moment they are syncing, then I'll try and see if my saves are in the sims.
