Try For a Baby with Grim

So in my household, i have been trying to get my sim pregnant with the grim reaper but every time i use the "try for a baby" option with grim, something glitches and i get an exception error. I have tried disabling my mods and rerunning the interaction without them but the error still persists and nothing happens. I repaired my game and updated it as well with my mods disabled but my game still cant complete the interaction.
