I got the sims 4 trial when I was using my old windows vista PC and was unable to play it, literally, the UI was all pixelated and scrabbled so I was wondering if I could try the trial again on my new Windows 10 Laptop to see if it will run decently on it
I'm not sure if that is possible. I think that it's linked to your account.
You could try contacting EA and asking them if you can try it again, because you didn't get the full experience.
I had TS4 Trial and it never worked. It said i already used the Trial but i never did
