TRY TS4 TRIAL AGAIN?

I got the sims 4 trial when I was using my old windows vista PC and was unable to play it, literally, the UI was all pixelated and scrabbled so I was wondering if I could try the trial again on my ne...

I had TS4 Trial and it never worked. It said i already used the Trial but i never did

      Also it now says Trial has ended and i never used the trial so its kinda weird
