    @zmxd1sxn  Origin is no longer supported in Windows and hasn't been for almost a year.  So EA effectively no longer supports 32-bit systems.  I know there used to be a third-party patch to allow Origin to keep working, but I can't vouch for its safety or even say whether it still works.

    The Intel Core 2 Duo does support 64-bit instruction sets, so you may be able to install 64-bit Windows 7 on it.  The EA App doesn't support anything older than W7, and neither did Origin starting in 2020, so even the unsupported version of Origin the user-made patch works with requires W7 SP1 to run.

@puzzlezaddict Hi there! Do you think you could explain how to install the 64-bit windows 7 onto my pc? Or if you have a link to YouTube, I'd love that as well.

    @zmxd1sxn  Do you have a key for 64-bit Windows 7, or can you get one?  This kind of thing was before I knew much about Windows, but my understanding is that not only were the install mediums specific to 32- or 64-bit, the keys were as well.  Or maybe there's a way around that through Microsoft support, or you can find a cheap key somewhere.

    Once you have a working key, you'd simply do a clean install of Windows 7, 64-bit this time.  Here's how:
