Trying to get my old EA account
I joined ea in 2021 but i signed on a mac when I first got it in 2022 I prechused packs and it was fine but then a few months later when I tried signing into my account and had to type in a code for my email the code didn't go through so then i tried signing in on a PC it also didn't work. so i had to make a new account using the same email but changing the password and had to get the game again but luckily for free but not my other packs and when i search for my account on ea i see it but when i look at it doesn't show the sims or any of the packs i had.
SO i would like to know if anyone can help with this, please, or give advice

It sounds like you're not logging in on the right account. Is there a chance you used a different email address or maybe made a typo when making your other account? We can't really look into account issues here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they can take a look at this for you and hopefully find your packs.
