8 years agoMy reply to all your questions is I bought it from JB HiFi, it was a box and it was sealed. I have tried to type the product code with or without the hyphens and I am still receiving the same error.

then I'm afraid you will either need to take it back to the Store to exchange or contact a game advisor for further help with this
