TS4 doesn´t recognise my NVIDIA Geforce MX230

Sometimes my TS4 doesn't recognise my NVIDIA Geforce MX230. It's weird bc there will be times that it recognises and when I open the task manager it shows TS4 is running my geforce, but sometimes it doesn't and only uses the Intel card.

I've already updated my nvidia, set TS4 in the Nvidia Control Panel to use the high-performance card and added my card to the GraficsCards.sgr file. 

I'd like to hear some other ideas, cuz i don't know what to do anymore.

    @camila_co215  When you set the Nvidia Control Panel to always use the high-performance card, did you create a profile using TS4.exe or TS4_x64.exe?  The first one is for the (32-bit) Legacy Edition, and the second is for the standard (64-bit) version.  So unless you're running the Legacy Edition for some reason, you'd need to use TS4_x64.

    If that's not the issue, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
