@camila_co215 When you set the Nvidia Control Panel to always use the high-performance card, did you create a profile using TS4.exe or TS4_x64.exe? The first one is for the (32-bit) Legacy Edition, and the second is for the standard (64-bit) version. So unless you're running the Legacy Edition for some reason, you'd need to use TS4_x64.
If that's not the issue, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
