Artimys Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also list the locations where you've installed Sims 4 and inZOI, as in, where the EA App and other game launcher place the program files. And let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it.
Hello. I appreciate your timely attempt to help me and apologize for the late response! I believe I have successfully uninstalled inZOI and Steam. The EA app and The Sims 4 are both on my desktop only. OneDrive is running and being used on this computer. The dxdiag file you requested is attached.
