TS4 wont start

Hello, I just installed The Sims 4, and i I seem to be unable to play. When i click play, the game seems to want to load, pops up a white screen for like a second and then nothing. This happens with...

    @NebelWaffler  Do you have RivaTuner Statistics Server or MSI Afterburner running?  If so, please disable it and test the game.

    And of course you should be able to run the 64-bit version, plus you'll get better performance.

@puzzlezaddict Thanks, that was it apparently! Never gave me any issues before, but it was turning MSI Afterburner off, and the game launches without issues now. Thanks again!
