Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hi! Haven't played The Sims 4 in about a year so I thought I would give it a shot. Firstly, when I opened the EA Games app, I was asked to download an update that took quite some time. Ok, opened and unable to play my old sims family because they require seasons to play. Well, looked all around and can not find "Seasons" or "For Rent", two expansion packs I bought years ago. To my dismay, they are now full price when I got them for dollars before.

What gives? I've searched this forum already, I have cleared the cache, repaired the game and the EA games app, I've done several things hoping to troubleshoot easily and nothing has worked. I am really angry and want to blame someone for this although it seems unlikely I can blame the company that took over the game.

Please help. :(
