Unable to Access Pack Content

I recently purchased a code for the lovestruck pack, and was able to redeem it. It is showing up as an add-on as a "digital download". When I go to the library, it says I have not purchased the pack, and I am unable to access the pack content. I have cleared the cache and logged out and logged back in, as well as made sure I do not have any issues with the actual game, and I have access to every other pack. The only thing missing is Lovestruck.

    Potterhead273  Did you buy Lovestruck itself, or only the early-order bonus content?  Some third-party sellers offer the bonus content separately.  The way to find out is to open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and look for the LS bonus content.  You wouldn't receive it for buying the pack now because that offer expired a month or so after release.
