Unable to Access Sims Households

I made a family of 4 with common Korean names. I received a warning after confirming the family to begin my game. After clicking the button a warning appeared telling me  because of a family name, sir name, etc. I wouldn't be able to add the family to the gallery. I wasn't interested in sharing my family  with others and just wanted to play the game, so I continued after it  asked me if I was sure I wanted to continue knowing that. I proceeded to add my family to a house, but when I clicked to play the family a notification that was blank or unreadable  would appear with the word "ok" that I can click under it. I clicked it and proceeded to attempt to play my game, but then now I can't because ALL household pictures have a blue  box where their pictures of the household should be with a sims loading symbol in its place. No matter how many times I click to play the household nothing happens.  I looked this up and the help advice told me to recover my last saved game. I did that and the issue was gone in that saved version, but I repeat the steps of adding my sims to a household to play them and it does the same exact thing again. Unfortunately if I click on other sims or my old created sim, before adding the new household I am still unable to play them as the same issue occurs. How do I fix them so I can play them? And  what was it  that caused this to happen, so I can avoid  this issue in the future? I really do not wanna lose all  my sims.

Father: Dong-woo Kim

Mother: Soo-jung  Kim

Daughter: Soo-mi Kim

Son: Se-jun  Kim
