Unable to change languages
I'm trying to help a family member with their game. They find English hard, but the game is only in English, and no matter what we try, it does not want to change into Norwegian. User is using EA app to launch the game, and the settings in the app profile is Norwegian, not that it changes any language of the interface itself. We have tried advice we can find online but without success
Does anyone have any advice on how to change languages? I tried to reach out to EA on a chat or email on this, but wasn't able to submit a request because I had no platforms to choose from. I had to make this account solely to help my family member, so I don't have any games on it myself, but they play with PC, and have been able to play in Norwegian up until a year or year and a half ago.
Would anyone be able to help?
