Unable to click anything after new update (Jan 14th)

I updated the game with my Mods, Saves and Tray folders out. I opened the game with my Mods folder still out. I was able to see the new main screen and the elements that are supposed to be moving are...

Sure I don't mind sharing at all. It was actually three updates. I'm assuming the antivirus one wasn't the one that helped but I'll include all three...

@skycastleshay  You're right, it was probably not the security update, since on the off chance that Defender was the issue, you wouldn't have been able to open the game at all.  But either of the other two could have helped.  Thanks for the info.
