Unable to connect EA servers to activate SIMS 4

Hi! I'm using Mac, I haven't antivirus programs on my computer. My firewall is off. Though, I'm still unable to connect to EA servers etc. I restarted the computer a few times, it didn't help.

Any suggestions??

I'm from Russia, btw.
