Unable to connect to EA servers to activate The Sims 4

I can't seem to be able to connect, what do i do? ☹️

    Thanks for the posts everyone. We're seeing a lot of these come in within the last few minutes, we are investigating. 


    Edit: Can you check again? Some users are reporting that the issue is resolved.

Yes, I played Sims 4 quite a lot but been on a slump for a month. Upgraded earlier to windows 10 but I don't think that's the problem.

Yes same here, have had it installed since before Xmas and just stopped working today.
