Unable to connect to EA servers

I have already downloaded the Sims 4 with using a code in origin, and then when I want to start the game, origin show me this message :
" We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate The Sims 4 on this computer using your account. Please try again later"
I tryed again and again and again to start the game and nothing. Please help me...

    I just came off the phone with EA help desk. They told me that Origin has problems at the moment, but they are working on it to fix it. So for now, just gotta stick with waiting. ^^
