unable to DL free demon

Question

I downloaded Origins and cannot download the Free Sims 4 demo. I have a PC. I sent an email explaining the problem in detail and EA replied with an answer that had zero to do with the issue.

When I try to DL the demo I get a message saying to try later. I've been trying later since yesterday. Any idea what the deal is. Thanks.
