Sims 4 Visual Glitches

Has anyone else noticed "visual glitches", namely in mostly EAs early items like their fences and some base game items as well as some things from early EPs. The glitch makes objects appear with a checkerboard pattern or a chevron pattern on the fences. Simply replacing them with later items from EPs or using CC fixes the issue, but it's kinda annoying. At first I thought my GPU was already dying! Lmao

I've removed object default replacements, updated my drivers (using an NVidia 4060 Ti 16GB). I've attached some examples of what I am seeing below. The glitch only effects EA items! No CC appears this way.
