I’m having issues with getting my sims 4 add one to work my EA account is logged into Va steam I’m unable to figure out how to dowload all of my content on the ea app from steam. My steam account is connected and logged into on the EA app.
@rae_jump I'm not sure exactly what your setup is, so I'll go over the basics and you can tell me where the problem is. If you own any Sims 4 packs (not just the base game) through Steam, you'll need to uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4, if you have it installed, and install the game through Steam. Your Steam-owned packs should install too. Then you can sign into the EA App and download only your EA-owned packs, not a second copy of the base game. They should install into the Steam version's program files as long as you only have one copy of Sims 4 installed.
One common pitfall is that players have two copies of Sims 4 installed, or one copy of the CAS Demo, and the EA App installs the packs into the wrong folder. If that's the case for you, or you think it might be, please see the first post of this thread:
