Like others, the EA isn't recognising my purchase of the Home Chef Hustle pack. The paypal went through successfully (two payments were processed: 1 to EA Swiss Sarl which went through successfully, and one to Electronic Arts which is pending).
I have logged out and back in again, rebooted my PC, and cleared the EA app's cache. The EA My Account website shows that I do own the pack. The Sims 4 game recognised I owned the pack but said it wasn't downloaded. Can you please look into this case for me?

@rmt0577 I did the exact same. Cleared the cache, logged out, restarted the app and my computer. I even completely uninstalled my game and reinstalled (which took forever) and it still refused to acknowledge that I bought it. I lodged a ticket yesterday morning. But mine is fixed now, a day and a half later. So EA must be getting somewhere with it.
