Unable to save game and disapearing house.

When I recently started up my Sims 4 game, I built a lot, so I went to save when I got the message 'Game failed to save error code 532'. Then when I went to manage worlds to save and it worked perfectly besides when I loaded up my house. The house showed in the map but when I selected it it didn't show up and the amount of money I used to build the lot was also gone. I thought it might have had something to do with the amount of custom content in the house but when I made a custom content free house the same problem occurred, the house would not show up. I have been trying to contact EA in a live chat like I previously did with a problem in my game, but it's been a few hours and it's still 'contacting game advisor'.
