Unable to start : Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system.

Before start to tell, I'd like to announce that my english is so poor. Plz understand that:manembarrassed:

As I write down at the subject, I have a problem with running sims 4.

According to this website I should be able to run it: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/the-sims-4/12305/?p=a

But when I run sims 4, always got an error message like this : http://i.imgur.com/yzjoTKZ.png  (<-I don't know how I can show you my capture, so I just use other user's, who have same issue with me. If this will come into a question, then I will delete the link.)

I tried all solutions in the internet, but anything can help me to solve my problem.

I finished checking index of my computer including graphic card, but they all meet minimum demand at least. Graphic card driver is also up-to-date.

I just tried several times that reinstall my graphic card driver and sims 4 launcher. But That was no use.

Even when I tried to run the game in my laptop that have poorer operating system including graphic card than my desktop, It works!!8-0

And the most doubtful point is that when I tried run the game only a few weeks ago, it works very well in my desktop!!!it's same desktop with this having this kinda problem!

I don't knwo why this kinda problem caused, and what can I do for running my sims 4...☹️

Plz Somebody Help Me!!😕mileysad:

    Hello,

The NVIDIA Geforce G210, NVIDIA Geforce 210, or simply the NVIDIA 210 (it has many names depending on what naming scheme is used, so the 210 is the same as the G210 - @crinrict ) is a graphics card that is many years old now, and is probably on the borderline of the minimum requirements, so is likely the source of the problem.

A recent patch has seemed to reveal which graphics cards/chips are too weak or borderline for running the game, and causing the simmers with this underpowered hardware to suddenly experience problems. I believe there may be a newer graphics driver available, so you can try that, however there isn't much you can do it seems.

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience,

    Cody
