Your DxDiag says your drivers are from 2013. Does it show that those are the newest ones ?
You might wanna try uninstalling them and reinstalling

It does say so indeed, and it is correct, the autodetect says the same, aswell that what i see as the newest one on their website is the 2013 one. I did uninstall and reinstall, same 2013 driver installed.

Can you try it with this? It's a free program that checks all your drivers. Just don't forget when installing to uncheck the box: Install MyBackup. Unless you want that installed as well. http://download.cnet.com/SlimDrivers-Free/3000-18513_4-75279940.html
Hi, i did just try it and i installed all 9 drivers that came up, restarted the computer and then tried opening The Sims 4 again, same error. I checked if anything was diffrent when it came to my graphics card driver, same driver.
