Unable to start: initialization error at start up

Hi, I have a problem with opening the game. First of all I messed up some game files, and couldn't open the game. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but the error still appears. Also I don't know how exactly should the game files look, but I think some are missing. I attached a screenshot of the game's files and the error. Please help!
