Unable to start: The Sims™ 4 is already running.

So, I downloaded this game today, because i just got my new PC. So i thought i can play I have a Windows 10 Creators Updated PC. Sims 4 is unable to start, And it's already running. And No, I don't ...

    I found out the problem. Windows defender stopped it from opening
