Unable to start

So,  I haven't played sims for about 2 weeks, so yesterday I decided to play, well long behold I'm getting this video card error, I have a nivida gtx1650 ti and have everything updated.  Never had this issue before and I've tried everything even uninstall sims4 and everything.  I'm baffled at this point

    blacksamurai954​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
