i have the same problem, i have the dll file and both 2013 and 2010 versions of visual studios but still gives me an error that i dont.

Try to Install x86 versions even if your are running a 64-bit windows . (it solved the problem on my side).

Are you serious EA ? When I bought a 64-bits game for $70, Why must I install old 32-bits old dependencies ?
