@puzzlezaddict Is it the folder I boxed in red in the attached photo?
@sarahkate513 Yes. Just select the Origin Games folder, not the Sims 4 folder inside it.

@puzzlezaddict Hmm, I selected it and then it started to verify the game files. But then it crashed. I restart Origin about three times but it crashes just upon reopening it.
I'm going to try and run it as administrator.
Edit: Just tried to open Origin as administrator and it crashed as well.

@sarahkate513 Is this with trying to locate the game, or starting the download? If you haven't tried telling Origin to download Sims 4 to the Origin Games folder yet, please do so now.
If that doesn't or didn't work though, the only other thing you can do is delete the Sims 4 program files and redownload the game from scratch. The best approach would be to clear Origin's cache and then uninstall it "the hard way" as well before reinstalling.
