Under properties what should my Sims 4 downloaded game path look like?

@genchambers  The file path is the location of the game's program files, which you've installed into Documents.  I would highly recommend uninstalling Sims 4 and reinstalling it somewhere else—having it in Documents can cause complications with troubleshooting and in general.  The default C:\Program Files\EA Games is fine, as is a new folder you create, as is almost anywhere else that isn't in Documents or Downloads.
