@Elicole123321 If you have the CAS Demo installed, please see this thread:
Otherwise, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner. This is the full list of packs:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/extras-2/available-packs-dlc/
For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 . Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here. Then repeat for one or two more packs.

@Elicole123321 The issue is pretty clear from your screenshots. You have two copies of Sims 4 installed. The EA App is reading the files located here:
Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
but installing your packs here:
Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
To fix this, the first thing you can try is moving over the packs' folders. You don't need to care about subfolders, only the pack folders directly inside \Origin Games\The Sims 4. Move those folders to \EA Games\The Sims 4, delete the entire "The Sims 4" folder in Origin Games, and clear the EA App's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Then see whether the packs load in-game. If not, delete the folders you moved over, clear the EA App's cache again, and try downloading the packs through Manage > Manage Add-ons.
