University patches not working

@lincolnapollo The patch notes all contained a bit different bugs then the ones you list
- The cheating was fixed for parents accusing you. I assume you were accused by the school ? If so, please create a new bug report in the bug forum for this. Someone else had this but they didn't create a fresh report.
- For the aspiration there's this: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/OPEN-Aspirations-complete-but-don-t-show-check-mark/td-p/8460881 .. but that's an issue of the check mark not showing. It's still completed. Not sure if you're seeing something else.

- Slow skilling, I really don't know. Haven't noticed anything off but haven't tried research & Debate. You might just wanna make a bug report for this
- Skill books: Sounds like it needs a bug report as well
