Unrecognized graphics card and laggy game
KayyyyyyBabyyyy Your computer's graphics chip is in fact in the database; the issue is it's unsupported because it's too weak to run Sims 4 well. There isn't much you can do about it, although it could help some to restart your computer immediately before you want to play, and to close all other background apps. The more resources the system is using for other tasks, the less it has for Sims 4. This won't help the graphics chip much but can help the processor, and a lot of lag is due to an overwhelmed processor.
