Ajroyz34 Alexandria0814 bexlovsims Dannakyri This isn't a real problem. The game's database can lag behind in adding new GPU device IDs by months or even years, and some IDs never get added at all. So as long as you're not seeing an actual problem in-game, you can ignore it.
You should only see the message the first time you launch the game OR after you delete Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. This is the file that contains the flag that you've already seen this message.
