unsupported video card?
just bought my first pc and i bought sims on it and it says it cant support my video card? im a teen with legit no tech skills and no way to contact support. i did the dx thing too. and put it below...
576820 You certainly bought quite the first PC. And you don't have an actual problem here. Your graphics card is simply too new to be in the game's database, which always lags behind by months or even years. You can ignore this error, which won't even show up again unless you delete Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, or one of the folders it sits in.
I don't see anything wrong in your dxdiag overall either, just some generic Windows setup and update errors that we all get even if we do everything right.
