updates are queued

Every time I try and update my Sims 4, it says the update is queued and then nothing happens?? The download queue also says there are no active tasks. This also happens if I try and download an expan...

I had the same issue but then I went offline and back online and it worked and my game is finished updating now… not sure if it will work for everyone but worth a try? Oh and I can also update game now as well.

Restarting Origin can indeed sometimes help. Let us know if you can play, and if yes, great! If not, we'll try to help. 😉
