Annamsn Try clearing the EA App's cache and repairing (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair).

As for the broken Gallery lots, it's a known issue and there's no way to tell which ones are broken before placing them. But many of these can be placed unfurnished without issues. So if you really just want the shell and don't mind redecorating, that's a decent workaround.
