Vampire command not working

Hi, 

I bought my daughter sims vampire pack but every time she uses the vampire command to control a sims actions it does not work.

For example the sim gets the command animation with the swirling energy around head but the command does not work. For example clean, excercise, sit and so on. The sim just fails to do the commanded action.

Help a dad make his daughter happy and please explain how to solve this issue.

    Log in on Origin. Go to Origin/Library - right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
    You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs including Vampires of course, not only the base game.
    By the way - does your daughter use mods or CC in the game? It can be caused by outdated mods.

    Hi

    I repaired the game no joy unfortunately. Not running any mods. She did use the sims 4 cheats to gain vampire power levels though.

    Did she try to reset this vampire?

    Try this
    Delete from the game folder - Dokumenty / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder - localthumbcache.package file, then try to move this vampire to another lot in the family management option. Check if he does not carry out the commands on another lot.

    If it does not work try to make a factory reset the game folder as described in this post:
