There's a few options:
- Read the vampire tombs and research vampirsm on the computer to advance your Vampire lore skill. If you're high enough, you can buy the packs on the computer
- Search the world for plasma plants to harvest and grow your own (I thin you can also order the seeds on the computer with a bit of vampire lore
- Catch frogs and fish and turn them into plasma packs (not sure if you need lore for that or not)
