Vampire power points

I have 33 power points but am unable to obtain powers and weaknesses for my Sim. I click on what I want but am unable to get them because the check mark at the bottom right does not highlight. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Even though I reloaded the game I was not able to do it last night but, for some reason, I was this morning. Thank you so very much for your help. I greatly appreciate it.

    Try right-clicking on your game and hit repair game then to see if that helps.

    Crin, I tried repairing the game but that didn't work either.
