    Nevermind! I think it's fixed. 

    I cured her, moved her out, turned game off and turned it back on to be extra sure, turned her back into a vampire and now it seems to be working 😍 The weakness points go down now!

    I had to make them sleep a lot to speed up the transformation but it looks like it works!

do you still have this issue ? Did you have a chance to check out the other bug report yet ?

    My apologies, I haven't had internet for a few days and haven't been able to check in here.

    Yes I looked at the other bug report in the link about the restaurant buffs but they work fine for me.

    I have checked again just now. The issue is still there. 

    I have tried everything I can think of, including moving out, different saves. 

    It is very frustrating because vampires are the main feature of my story.

        There could indeed be a possible link. There is something else I noticed that the link reminded me of. One of my other Sims was cured of being a vampire and she still gets tense buffs about being creeped outoby mopping puddles and ''Slept like this undead". I never thought about that til now but my vampire points were fine before Strangerville.
