Very high CPU running Sims 4

MysticTigg  Is Sims 4's CPU usage jumping, or just the overall usage, or can you not tell?  Does it help to put the EA App in offline mode before launching the game?  This would cut off your access to the Gallery and block your ability to redeem your points from the current event, but the game should otherwise run as normal.

I don't see any obvious issues in your dxdiag, and of course your CPU shouldn't be maxed out running Sims 4.  However, some mods might increase CPU usage in an uneven way, so please test with no mods or custom content at all, if you haven't already, just to be sure that this isn't a contributing factor.
