Vet Clinic Issues

At first it was working great, now my vets can't treat the pets that come in because the owners are stuck outside the doors (of which I've put several). I sold and replaced the doors, put different ones, deleted the wall, tried treating the pets myself, took of the pack and redownloaded it, tried cheat resetting the sims themselves, tried going back to a save before the bug, tried closing and reopening the clinic and nothing. I don't know what else to do. There's plenty of all the equipment and none of the doors are blocked because my sim, the vets I hired, and the pets can go in and out fine. I've lost thousands trying to fix this issue while my vets are still getting paid despite not treating anyone and having to pay for the advertising. How do I fix this???
