Vet clinic won't treat my pets and will treat NPC's (plus other glitch)

I recently got The Sims 4 and Sims 4 Cats and Dogs and one of my pets got sick so I built a Vet Clinic to take her to. I took her to the Clinic and did a "Friendly Introduction" with most of the employees and none of them will heal my pet. They will walk around and heal NPC's pets but no matter what I do they won't heal my pet. They complain about my pet throwing up and my pet has passed out 3 times.

I also have another glitch with pets. I fill up all of the pet bowls and the cats won't eat. They'll meow and run away even though I call them to eat. Is there any cheat to fill up all pets needs?
