Thanks for the reply. That's a bit surprising to me. I didn't think the machine was THAT old.
I just dusted off an ATI Radeon Hd 2400 XT from a different machine. I believe this card meets the minimum requirements, but I can't seem to find the minimum.
This card has 256 MB of video memory.
According to this nifty link: http://codepen.io/anon/pen/GEsFJ you should be able to run The Sims 4 with the Radeon HD 2400 on the lowest settings. As long as nothing else is conflicting with the Sims 4 program, you should be good to go.
