Visual bug on simology/career panels

Get to work, Get famous, Seasons, Cats and dogs, Get together, Realm of magic, Strangerville, Jungle adventures, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine out, Outdoor retreat, Spa day, My first pet stuff, Laundry day stuff, Spooky stuff, Luxury party stuff, Perfect patio stuff, Holiday celebration pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the “Simology” panel. It's grey and looks like a blown up photo of a llama in the background. It's hard to see certain bars due to them being blurred out by grey pixels. It's only in the simology panel and careers panel. I noticed it on my adult sims celebrity levels and actress career. It's also on the simology panel of my child sim but I didn't check if it was on the school panel as well.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing is affected, that I know of, aside from the pixels making it hard to understand what you're looking at.
What do you expect to see? Nothing, that I know of, is affecting the game play itself. It's just the visual issue so far.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I have mc command center, mc woohoo, and ui cheat extension mods. All of which are working normally. I removed them before updated the game and added the updated mods after instillation of the game.
