Volume of Music Stings too loud/Stereo Quiet
Playing the latest build, 64 bit, Mods are disabled.
The volume of music stings for emotions, entering a lot, gaining a skill point and evicting a family are too loud in my opinion. They also don't appear to respond to any volume setting. I alternated turning each setting of volume down to Zero and the music stings still played at their full volume. Every other sound from the game is at an appropriate sound level.
I know mood stings can be turned off, but the others can't.
In addition, the music playing from stereos I typically had at "Medium" which was adequate. But now, "Medium", and "low" are barely audible while "high" seems like it's the "medium" volume.

So, in the end, I had a mod that unintentionally affected the sound of music from the stereos as well as buy/build.
With this mod removed, the stereo/build and buy play fine. But, I do think the music stings are just a tad too loud.
